Two days after my first review my plant started losing leaves and there was rot at the base. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement right away. The new plant is beautiful! Thank you!!

Just got my box today, three of the leaves are yellowing, and the new growth is completely dried out. To be fair, it took a week to get delivered and the other three plants I received look great.
