I ordered this smaller cactus to go along with the larger Trigona - they look great together in my terracotta planter!

The plants I ordered were in good enough shape

The plants I ordered were in good enough shape, but they were not packaged well. The tape wrapped around the protective fluff was stuck to the plant, planter, and soil, and the whole thing came apart in one big mess for both the cactus and string of hearts. Normally I would’ve liked to put them straight in a window without touching their roots to let them adjust after shipping, but for this order I had to go straight into an emergency repot and risked shock. I’ve never had this problem with this company before.
