Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, all sales are final on both our website and in-store. We strive to offer offer high quality products and only package orders with the utmost care. Unfortunately, the shipping process is both unpredictable and can be stressful on perishable and fragile goods. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing that there is a risk (yellowing foliage, torn leaves, cold or heat damage, broken stems, foliage loss, soil spillage, etc.) involved in the shipping process. We recommend thoroughly inspecting all orders for damage.  If damage does occur, please notify us via email (see below) within 1-2 days of arrival. Please attach photos of any damage and we will work with you to resolve any issues. If we are not contacted within 1-2 days of arrival, we can only offer advice on how to best take care of the product. It is the customer's responsibility to track and retrieve their order to avoid the packages exposure to outdoor weather after it is delivered. Please note that we are not responsible for damage that arises later than 48 hours after delivery. We have no ability or control over how plants or other items are cared for (lighting, medium choice, pot choice, watering habits, airflow, etc…) and bear no responsibility for damage resulting from actions we have no control over.
