Totally dead when arrived. I previously purchaed from them and was given a credit for damaged plants. And here is another water damaged plant. Also, i was supposed to recieve one as a free gift because of their special, but i only recieved one.
We’re so sorry this plant arrived in poor condition. It was shipped during an extreme heat wave, and this particular variety is especially sensitive to high temperatures in transit. The customer contacted us, and we were happy to replace the plant. A replacement was sent that day. We always stand behind our plants and work to make things right when an issue occurs.
Plants arrived well packaged and healthy and well cared for.
Excellent packaging. Healthy plant. Great customer service
A few of the leaves were dead and a couple leaves were yellow. The rest of it seems to be doing okay. Thank you
Items didn't arrive in time window stated. I contacted CS they refunded me money for the plant that was holding up their order since they were having an inventory issue. The plants arrived however some of them didn't fair well. They were packed in a way that the ends bent.
