Money Tree Braid - Pachira Aquatica - 6" Pot
Pachira are commonly found growing in the wetlands of the South America. It was once said that someone prayed for much needed money and upon looking up they noticed a Money Tree. They took the tree home, let it grow, and then collected the seeds. After planting and growing hundreds of new trees, the person began quickly selling them and became very wealthy over the years. When grown commercially they are tightly woven and braided. Oak shaped leaves sprout give the tree an umbrella like shape. They look great around the house and make a great accent plant.
