Nice plants horrible shipping.

First my order had to be modified due to an inventory error. Which was fine because I was offered an upgrade. But this was five regular days and three business days after I placed the order. Then after I picked the new plant well before the end of business day it took another two days and an email asking when the order was going to ship to get my order shipped. This was a Mother’s Day gift that I ordered the Friday before and I didn’t receive it till the middle of the week after Mother’s Day. Again the products were great but horrible order management and fulfillment.
